For the moment pseudonyms are being used for the sake of extending an identity back to a person individually identified with the freedom movement. There is no need to sign the document with a pseudonym. This is just the way the process was initiated.

A contemporary review of the Declaration of Independence

Anyone that has visited the National Archives in Washington, D.C. can’t fail to be shocked at how worn the letters on the Declaration of Independence are. The script is barely legible. But this is not an indication of the vanishing of those ideas but a need to restore the very script that was written in those hearts that believed in those tenants of freedom and make them bold, legible and relevant to today, The perception that our individual freedoms are being threatened by an alien political force is prevalent not only in this nation but also all over the world. There is a sizeable group of citizens throughout the world that feel that their identity is being wrongfully sacrificed for a concept of global governance conflicting with vital principles that represent their nation. and their values. This document entitled Restoration of Independence maps the grievances as expressed in the Declaration of Independence in 1776 to the threats that exist to our Republic by globalism. It is the adequation of a document that has become a symbolic icon of freedom and restoring its content. We are astonished to see the relevance and similarity of the grievances of the colonists against King George III to todays; problematic tyrannical shape of globalism. The Restoration of Independence has in fact become the principal document forming the basis of the Taverns as an organization dedicated to studying our founding documents, principles, and values. We hope you will find it as interesting as we do and be inspired to study and spread the same spirit of independence within the context of your community or country. We do not need to accept the current model of tyranny being imposed on this country or any country.

The first version of the Restoration was posted on July 4, 2022 as a way to observe our Independence.. We are observing an open period of public review in advance of the celebration of our 150th year of Independence on July 4, 2026. Depending on Divine Providence and the extent that it is communicated we hope it will form the basis for a national discussion and debate leading to the 150th year of our Independence. But also form an international movement of solidarity. Over the course of the next 4 years, leading up to July 4, 2026 we will review and republish the document each July 4. Each iteration will be more carefully rethought and evaluated, and more examples of the emerging global tyranny will be posted and we hope more citizens of our country and other countries will become aware of the threat.

The greatest way to honor the American Spirit of ’76 is to capture it in a Global Spirit of ’26 making relevant to today’s context and understand that we are in a period where the very foundation of individuality and nationality is threatened with ideological extinction. We encourage the review of the document. Feel free to submit examples of the specific grievance listed and make constructive contributions as we lead up to July 4, 2026. There is a virtual signature section at the bottom where we invite you to show your support to the document and spread the word. Form a Tavern in your community and study the Restoration of Independence and study the documents that will be posted in the Taverns Press. Let’s all rekindle that fire of freedom deep in our hearts and join our spirit and rekindle that of the Spirit of ’76 in a Spirit of ’26 and find our national identity again. Above all we want our legislators to support this effort and be bold in asserting the renewed Spirit of ’26 and confront the global threat with the American solution: freedom. Share Freedom Literature from your country so we can post the ideas and project to the cynics that freedom is in the hearts of all men and women; across nations and cultures. The same burning seeds of vital individuality and moral conviction that make Christian communities thrive and be vital.

The document we call the Restoration of Independence states the original grievance and restates it in today’s context. We try to remain as true as possible to the original style and content. In some cases we have to expand on those grievances and rearticulate them. Each section has five parts:

  • The header which summarizes the key concept and forms a kind of tag that should be ascribed to mind. Each tag forms an important concept which we try to develop in our discussions in the Taverns.
  • The original statement of the Declaration of Independence is provided in bold font
  • The restored statement of the Restoration of Independence is in italics
  • An explanation is provided and elaborates on the restored content
  • Examples are provided to external documents and resources for further review

Please feel free to review and if you agree with the document, feel free to sign at the bottom. Your signature is not kept on-line and will be kept in an off-line database. Our objective is to spread the Restoration of Independence and the Spirit of ’26 as widely as possible. This includes citizens of other countries that similarly identify with the global threat to their culture and nationality. Globalism is not the same as internationalism. We have four years to restore our independence and remain true to the principles of freedom.

The Restoration of Independence


In Virtual Congress Assembled


Note: The original Declaration of independence refers to King George III and royalist tyranny as "He" as the object of the stated grievances. In the Restoration of Independence we refer instead to the gloablist ideological threat as "It". Unlike the original Declaration which had a distinct focus in the person of King George III, the Restoration cannot yet specifically point out a person but refers to a kind of thinking that is globalist and is manifest in a cadre of politicians that are compromising a healthy national partisan debate. In this case, the Restoration restates the grievances aimed at an ideology that is oppressive or has manifested intent to oppress. 

Introduction 1

Original

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

Restored

When the course of human events is threatened by a global tyrany seeking to dissolve the political and human bands which have connected them with one another, it becomes necessary to assert among the citizens of the world, the inviolability of individual freedom, as entitled by the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, a decent respect to the opinions of all require that they should declare the causes that urge this Restoration of Independence.

Explanation

Ray Kurzweil and many futurists speak and write of a "Singularity". The "Singularity"is a treshold of integration to technology and promotes a vision of a future inextricably linked to the processing of human information (data) and artificial intelligence. This is a great artifact and the term "Singularty" is effectively used as a pesudo-scientific term to define the development of a controlling mechanism which is in fact a digital dicatatorship; technology that is designed to control the political process. This technology is in the hands of an emerging globalist cabal and is at the core of the resistance of the Restoration of Independence and our insistence that the values the globalists expound are deeply anti-human and will do untold damage to human development.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -

In the case of the Restoration of Independence the same words have been preserved and enshrined as in the original Declaration of Independence. The literary style is so unique that we feel restating it to be more inclusive and use the term "persons" instead of "men" would be unfair to the Jeffersonian style and the reality of that period. It is understood that the term "all men" does in fact mean "all persons". We felt that there was no need to virtue signal and change this pargraph and in fact wanted to preserve its character fully.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Restored

That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the People to alter and oppose that government and seek to reestablish the original intent of representative government and uphold the principles that secure their national identity, liberty, and happiness.

Original

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Restored

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that the means to change the course of government should be accomplished through those institutions designed to accommodate its progress; and accordingly, experience has shown that people are more disposed to suffer to the extent they are able and work within those institutions than to conclude that the government they were accustomed to no longer governs as it was intended; when the actions of those in power clearly indicate the usurpation of original purpose and their actions evinces the establishment of a mediated despotism far out of the reach of the national will, it is the right of the people and their duty, to expose such government and to reassert their liberties. Such has been the patient suffering of this nation’s Citizens; and such is now the necessity to raise awareness that a restoration of the government is required. The pattern of government has revealed an intent to usurp the national treasures of a culture and people and replace a representative Republic with a politically unbounded global social order thus undermining our unique and exceptional heritage. This global enterprise needs to be exposed so it can be demonstrated to the world and vigorously opposed by those anxious to retain their own national identity. To demonstrate this let these facts be submitted to a candid world:

1. A Republic

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

It undermines National Constitutions, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

This colonial grievance asserts the value of the Republic and law as its expression. The word Republic comes from the latin res publica or a public good (thing). The colonialists assert that there can be no authority above that which is in direct contact with that public good which is the source of governance. The globalists seek to undermine the idea of a republic by asserting a global authority that is not properly ordained to the people but rather ordained to a collective identity. This presumption of authority must be resisted in the same fashion as the colonists resisted King George III. National constitutions are the expressions of the highest form of the public good and properly constituted for the basis of law. Nations do not gtant assent to a global entity; the global entity grants assent to the national Constitution.

2. Subsidiary

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

It has obstructed state and local governments from passing laws of importance by illegally extending its authority into our Federal Government, cynically usurping Constitutional law, enslaving classes of citizens without their best interests in mind.

A key principle of this grievance seems to be that of subsidiarity. The principle of subsidiarity states that the preferred system of governance is at the lowest possible level. The current application of the principle of subsidiarity does not only include the need to defer decision to the lowest possible level but it also means that mediated events are often used to affect culture and behavior at low levels of our community. This top-down imposition of a mediated culture is also to be rejected. Broacasting events to fit passage of laws and affect culture are equated to the assent of King George III. 

3. Representative

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

It has refused to consider other Laws for the accommodation of a national, and moral, identity unless those people relinquish that representative identity and replace it with a collective identity, a right inestimable to them and formidable to global Governance.

King George III would not accomodate for representation of colonists. The necessity to form a global consciousness should never come at the expense of reliquishing the right of representation and the key elements of culture. This includes uphilding and cherishing the precious goodness of the founding principles. This spirit of representation can only be preserved by a national or moral identity that unites a Republic while preserving its history and seeking constant improvement. This cannot be done at a global level. Laws encouraging a national identity are required to accomodate a nation and there should be no sense of abandoing that moral identity and its unitive and transcendant aspiration.

4. Convenient

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

It has obliged legislative bodies and ordinary citizens to undertake unusual, uncomfortable, and unnecessary measures under the pretext of a global crisis and imposed emergency restrictions and mandates with the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.

In this case the tag "Convenient" is used in the sense of easy to convene. The Massachusetts governors (see link) would convene legislative sessions far from the records office effectively obstructing the legislative process. We feel that broadly, beginning with the Pandemic, crises are being used to impose fatiguing measures on both the population and the individual states. Compliance with Federal measures or the imposition of restrictions and emergency powers for the sake of imposing authority oftn seemed more about imposing authority than imposing a health care measure. 

5. Participatory

It has prevented the people from participating in local government, and inhibited their right to assemble and petition, for firmly opposing Its ideology.

The colonists were prevented from particpating in their own governance often with strong opposition against the royal restrictions. This grievance accentuates the resolve of the colonists to resist with "manly firmness" the expression of the rights of the people to petition their government. We see clear signs of the desire to impose federal law or norms that are opposed to the values of most Americans. This is most clearly represented in the struggle to suppress parental participation in school boards effectively dissolving the discussions in order to impose a curriculum that is opposed. But this is not just limited to local participation in decisions affecting the family in schools but take place in the subversion of those fundamental bodies designed to accomodate and assert the community's participatory right in their governance. 


6. Innovative

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.  

It has therefore hindered, at every level of government and organization, the electoral process, through which the legislative powers may be rightly (exercised) restored to the by the People at large for their exercise obliging them to develop innovative (defiant) expressions of self-government ; their government and governing institutions in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of ideological coruruption and internal division.

Related to the idea of subsidiarity, the tag innovative is used as the natural tendency for communities to innovate and adapt to perceived dangers or obstacles. Nature will always dictate that when a legislative or governing power block the free expression of a community, that community will find ways to work around the tyranny. This is an expression of our nature and therefore incapable of annihilation.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

It has divided the population of these States by obstructing the application of the laws of naturalization and creating condition for uncontrolled Immigration of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage assimilation and controlled migration hither and raising the condition for enforcing the Law by allowing defiant sanctuary.

Our nation was founded on immigration. King George III perceived immigration as a threat and in order to undermine the strength of the colonists obstructed the laws of naturalization. Immigration continues to be a source of renewal if done legally. The idea of open borders circumvents legal immigration and integration. The politics of immigration has changed since the colonial period but the Globalist ideology effectively seeks the same obstructive end of curtailing nationalism. The motive for immigration should be maintained but only in so far as it does not create a dependent class and is undertaken legally with the objective to form a greater and independent nation. 

8. Procedural

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

It has obstructed the administration of justice by encouraging State and Federal attorney generals to undermine Constitutionally defined judiciary powers.

Taking an oath to the U.S. Constitution is a serious affair. It is a solemn affair and meant to place a heavy burden on the conscience of the officials that are bound by that oath. It is hard to reconcile how officials that are bound by an oath to defend the Constitution simply undermine the Constitution to the extent that the oath is rendered perjury. Those official particularly in the State and Federal law enforcement branches should take their oaths with greater solemnity. Rendering the offices of these law enforcement official to political whim and assent to globalist designs is an obstruction to the fair administration of justice. Judiciary enforcement as exercised in the offices of the State Attorney Generals should not be stigmatized by cynical political and foreign design. 

9. Impartial

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

It has threatened to assert full control of the judiciary at the highest level through court packing..

The politization of our courts and judiciary creates a lack of trust and confidence. Whereas the judges were dependent on the will of King George III, today that will is exercised through party affiliation and loyalty. This is rendered even more intolerable when the will of the President is obscured by globalist intentions. Packing the court with politically friendly judges creates a judiciary that is dependent on the will of the party apparatus. There should be a greater measure of objectivity in maintaining our judiciary free from political tampering. Providing political contributions to elected judges and attorneys general should also be questioned and reinforces this very same grievance regarding impartiality of the judiciary. 

10. Non-bureaucratic

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

It has created a multitude of unaccountable agencies developing a swarming deep state that harasses its people, undermines the checks and balances of representative government, and allow petty political interests to eat out their substance.

The colonists experienced the dilemma of being over managed and bureaucratized by appointed royal officials. These positions were often done to provide favor to royalists and assert the Kings authority. We see this clearly today in an unaccountable government that has far extended its purpose and become a realm of fiefdoms which undermine the efficiency of self-government. The idea of a large benevolent and technically developed government serving the needs of the people is a fallacy, These undermine the critical and vital spirit of personal accountability. 

11. Non-militant

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

It has encouraged the extension and militarization of federal agencies in times of peace, and developed an  intelligence apparatus far beyond the extent of due process without the credible Consent of our legislatures.

This is the realm of conspiracies and for this reason it is of the greatest importance for the Federal Government to avoid any appearance of militarization. An opporesive presence of a central government and enforcement is not conducive to the sense of freedom and only promotes distrust. Federal agencies are not meant to be police networks and there can simply be no argument provided for the benefit of the doubt. Far more of a concern to the Second Amendment ought to be the arming of Federal agencies.

12. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

It evinces a design to undermine the fundamental right of its Citizens to defend their sovereignty and be the custodians of self-government as a well-regulated militia by threatening them to a military and security structure far superior to their own civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

It has combined with global interests to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution and unacknowledged by our original intent; giving its assent to its global-pretended legislation.

14. For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us

For sheltering large bodies of militant ideological sympathizers among us and threatening the quartering of strangers in our properties without remuneration.

15. Double standard

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For protecting militant urban groups with evil intent from punishment for murders and destruction of property on the inhabitants of these States. And for using such crime as may be convenient to further their own political schemes.

16. Free trade

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For creating a trading system fully dependent on a foreign adversary inimical to our Constitution.

17. Taxation

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For creating a taxing system that was never intended, and which has grown to become a tool of coercion and repression. And in excess of these taxes, added injury to insult by incurring a public debt antithetical to sound economic policy based on the prosperity of our nation, and thereby enslaving future generations.

The taxation grievance has required expansion because of the imposition of the 16th amendment. The income tax amendment was not intended as a way to raise revenue by the original colonists. Furthermore, it is necessary to include the burden of national debt as it is deferred taxes and effectively holds future generations liable.

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

For depriving many of the benefits of a trial by jury by presuming guilt through willful public and politically motivated character assassinations in collaboration with media.

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences

For creating a sea of laws and impossible regulations and transporting us beyond this sea to be tried for pretended offenses.

20. Leveraging ideologies

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

For colluding with partisan media, private banks, and corporate multinationals to form a faux national government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it as once a fit instrument for introducing global tyranny. 

21. Confounding governance

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For promoting ideologies at every chartered institution, thereby corrupting them fundamentally, and usurping their contributions to our sovereign culture. 

22. Imposing law

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

By subverting the power of our own state legislatures by creating federal agencies invested with effective power to legislate for us in all cases.

The legislative process was evidently important to the colonists. In part, the dependence on King George III and the delays due to communication were  seen as highly inefficient. The necessity to have government close to the problem appears to be preeminent. Although the apparent availability of a virtual worls eliminates all notions of distance, there is great separation that occurs when those means are controlled by a few and use federal agencies to further this control. 

23. Public protection

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

It has promoted civil strife by encouraging urban unrest and declaring us out of protection and waging indirect war against us using proxy ideological groups.

Defund the police

24. Economic degradation

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

It has decimated our industry, workforce, and interests by encouraging global outsourcing while promoting a system intended to control and exploit human consumption.

National industry and manufacture is vital for national identity. The global manufacturing system which, under the idea of saving money and increasing profits, has opted for removing the manufacturing base to places where there is cheaper labor has not accounted for the full cost of making that decision. The savings and profit from transferring industry should account for the social costs and adjustment costs that are currently not factored. 

25. Creating threatening circumstance

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

It has created dependent classes filled with resentment to serve as ideological enforcers to enact their works of desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and anarchy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of a republic.

26. Holding Hostage

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

It has constrained our fellow citizens by introducing false racist and gender identity ideologies so effectively that they have become the slanderers of their friends and brethren, or fall themselves to political extortion.

27. Introducing chaos

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

It has excited domestic insurrections amongst us and endeavoured to bring in illegal immigrants on our frontiers; some merciless terrorists, drug lords and gang members, whose known rule of warfare is undistinguishable for all ages, sexes and conditions.

28. Anti-slavery

He has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither.  This piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the Christian King of Great Britain.  Determined to keep open a market where Men should be bought & sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or restrain this execrable commerce.  And that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has deprived them, by murdering the people on whom he has obtruded them: thus paying off former crimes committed again the Liberties of one people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of another.

It has waged a cruel and cynical war on inequality and against human nature itself, violating the most sacred right of the pursuit of happiness through enterprise, in the very same persons, that may have attained prosperity if otherwise left free; and thereby captivated them into a welfare system that has enslaved them and exploited this class for their political purposes. This cynical class warfare, the opprobrium of Maoist and Marxist powers, is the warfare of the Global Socialist. Determined to keep open the dependence on the federal treasury, It has prostituted its negative by suppressing legislative attempts to restrain the extension of this dependence. And had life and liberty been shared without prejudice this resentment class might have never existed but prospered. It is now exciting racial unrest in those very people to rise in arms among us to deny that very liberty to others they have failed to attain. It has through Its own willful deprivation obtruded a double standard in the judicial system; thus paying off former crimes committed against the liberties of one people with crimes which It urges them to commit against the lives of another

Thomas Jefferson wanted to introduce this anti-slavery clause into the original Declaration of Independence. The clause was removed under the objection of some of the slave states that were part of the deliberative body. We feel that in order to rectify this injustice, the anti-slavery clause must be preserved and its analgous counterpart included. 

29. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

In every Election, we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: Our petitions have been answered only by repeated injury and the constant cheapening, flattening and manipulation of the dignity of the vote and our electoral system. A system that must go to such extent to impose its global design, has been marked by every act which defines it as tyrannical and is unfit to be a system to govern a truly free people.

30. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our global brothers and sisters. We have warned them from time to time of attempts to extend international jurisdiction over us. And the concerted mediated attempt to impose false narratives upon us. We have reminded them of the circumstance of our national identity and settlement here. We have engaged them in debates and appealed to their sense of national identity and have reminded them of non-partisan common origins. Yet they too, affected by the indecent narratives imposed on them have been deaf to the voice of justice and even prevented the free debate and discussion as citizens through a culture known as cancel culture. We must, therefore, accept the necessity of the Truth that binds us to Our origins, and hold them, as we hold those pursuing that global vision, enemies now and in peace friends.

31. We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

We, therefore, the Citizens of the United States of America,  virtually assembled, appealing the Most High Providence and source of mercy to the Supreme and source of Merciful Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do in the Name and by the Authority of that same God, solemnly publish and declare that these United States no longer represent the intention of the founders of this Republic and of right should seek to restore the original Republic and demand redress to these petitions by our legislators; that we, the Ordinary Citizens, are morally absolved from any allegiance to a government intent on promoting a transhuman, global, non-representative system of control and that all political, social, and economic connection between us and the entities corrupted by the global ideology ought to be totally dissolved. And recognizing that we, as ordinary Citizens, are effectively powerless except for Divine Providence nonetheless assert our individual sovereignty and understand that although we are unable to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce and do other things which independent states may of right do, we, as a People, stand firm in our convictions and the support of the Almighty and await the courage of the legislators of this nation and world to provide the condition for restoring a Republic fitting of our Founders, and call upon all nationalities eager to oppose this unrepresentative system to join in the fight for human liberty. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge our sacred honor denying them their fortunes by creatively opposing their designs and changing our intellectual and commercial customs.

It was felt that the reference to the Supreme Judge of the world may have been intepreted as a secular concept have restated to remove ambiguity regarding the need to rely on the Most High Providence and source of mercy as the principle of the rectitude of our intentions.
